IMV Preparatory Chapter 2024

In anticipation of the XX General Chapter, each administrative unit within the Society was asked to hold a preparatory chapter utilizing the reflective and discerning approach based on the three-fold action: Discover, Dream, and Propose. As a result, the Indian Mission Vicariate conducted its preparatory chapter from January 27-29, 2024, at Carmelaram, Bangalore. The members of the Indian Mission Vicariate gathered in a spirit of prayer and assessed the results of the community reflections concerning identity, communion, and mission. Through these discussions, we were able to recognize the existing strengths and resources, along with the weaknesses and challenges. Additionally, the preparatory chapter also elected the delegates who will attend the XX General Chapter. May this General Chapter act as a catalyst for the Society’s renewal.
