House Blessing

On September 9, 2017, by 9 am, nearly everything was prepared, and the splendid newly constructed seminary along with its surroundings was set to receive the Bishop and guests for the joyous ceremony of the inauguration and blessing of the St. Joseph Minor Seminary.

At the entrance, in front of the assembled crowd, Fr. Raul Gomez, the Vicar General, officially inaugurated the seminary by unveiling the commemorative stone, while Fr. Krzysztof Kowalczyk (General Consultor) performed the ribbon-cutting ceremony. The house was blessed, and the chapel was consecrated by Most Rev. George Njaralakkatt, the Archbishop of Thalassery (Syro Malabar rite).

Following the Mass, the felicitation program provided an opportunity to congratulate and express gratitude to those involved in the successful completion of the new seminary.
